On the Monday following the 4th of July, Dr. Palmer very nicely scheduled me in to put back on a crown that had come off over the weekend. The office was understaffed and overbooked but he made arrangements! The doctors and technicians are always friendly, smiling and caring. I wish every business I dealt with was this great!

Drs. Thomson and Palmer have been caring for my teeth for 10 years. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. All of the staff are highly proficient. The care that I receive here is wonderful and the care for patients goes above and beyond. I've even been seen on the weekend outside of office hours when I had a tooth emergency.
Dr. Palmer and his staff are by far the most pleasant and professional group working in the dental community today. It is always a pleasure to be around them as they attend to whatever you bring to them to correct. I am ecstatic that I can smile again without feeling self conscious. I look forward to many more years of treatment and friendship with these very fine folks.
My experience was as always pleasant, I know that I can always count on you guys I appreciate that all your staff goes the extra mile to accommodate the patients and try to find a solution that meets the needs of the customer.
