I recently lost an old filling, necessitating an urgent visit. The office was very cooperative in promptly finding a mutually convenient appointment time, but was unable to include a cleaning in the same visit. However, while there, Dr. Thomson made quick work of the filling replacement and volunteered to clean my teeth in the same sitting.
