Dr. Thompson and his staff have perfected the impossible. Who looks forward to going to the dentist? Unless you are headed to visit Drs. Thompson / Palmer and their team. Our whole family is grateful for they way they take the angst out and put the kindness into dentistry.

Stephanie is a most caring, competent and gentle dental hygienist. She and the entire staff are always friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care in Austin!

I can't say enough about the dentist office of Thomson and Palmer and their incredible staff! I personally see Dr. Palmer but know people that see Dr. Thomson and have the same amount of praise for him that I do for Dr. Palmer. I'm no longer afraid to go to the dentist! It's been life changing for me! I was referred to Dr. Palmer by an extreme dentist fraidy cat (who was referred by another extreme dentist fraidy cat) when the hide of a popcorn kernel was lodged between my tooth and gum causing a major infection. My visit today was easy and pleasant as always. Greatest people ever. Even though I was in just for a regular three-month cleaning (Stephanie is the best) I did get to see and chat with Drs. Thomson and Palmer. Their practice is to dentistry what the Mayo Clinic is to medicine.

Yesterday Stephanie did my six month teeth cleaning. She is terrifici! Stephanie is very competent, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend her as a hygienist.

As always, going to Dr. Thomson is a great experience. I had a painful tooth and was worked in immediately. A crack was found across the tooth and needed an immediate fix and eventually a crown. The staff juggled the schedule and I got tooth tuned up that afternoon with minimal pain later in the evening. Best Dentist I have had bar none.
