Having not been to the dentist in 6 years, I was so embarrassed to even come in. My fear of any dental work is pretty high. The entire office continues to amaze me in the personal attention a patient receives and I left knowing I was in good hands again.
D.r Thomson is by far the best dentist I have ever had in my 60 plus years of dental work. I have never had a bad experience with him and is concerned about how comfortable the patient is while working on your teeth.
My wife and I have been visiting Billy K.'s clinic for years. They are like old friends now. Top notch people. Dr. Thomson and Palmer are master dentists but more importantly they care about their patients, their comfort, and offer excellent care. I highly recommend them.

I look forward to having my teeth cleaned knowing how great they feel after Adrienne has finished. She enthusiastic and interesting to talk to as she works. Dr. Thompson comes in to see if anything needs attention. I leave knowing my teeth are not only clean but problem free. It's a good feeling to have a healthy mouth and thanks to this team who have taken care of me for two decades that's what I have achieved. Thanks guys.
I recently called the office on short notice concerning a dental problem and despite a very full schedule the staff somehow found a way to squeeze me in within an hour! You guys are the best!
I'm having a great time with Dr. Thomson and his staff. I'm finally getting some cosmetic work done and so far I'm super pleased with the results. Everyone has been very nice and although I'm a new client, I feel very welcome--like I'm an old friend.
I was very concerned about coming in to see Dr.Palmer as I knew that my dental condition was not optimal. I have had many grave scenarios spelled out for me with previous visits to other dentists. By contrast, I must say that Dr Palmer and his staff were very comforting and positive which made my anxiety about the visit disappear. Dr Palmer was especially professional and reassuring. While my dental wellness plan will take some work, I am certainly glad to have Dr Palmer and his staff on my side
