Everything happens for the best in this best of all dentist offices, to loosely paraphrase Candide. This is especially true with your hygienists, who are proficient, experienced, and personal. It's a pleasure to be Stephanie's client.
The staff at Dr Thomson's office has consistently provided excellent, friendly service at each visit. I truly feel like family when I'm there. The job is done swiftly and professionally, and I believe they always have my best intentions in mind.
Dr. Palmer and all of his hygienists are absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly. They always take time to ask about you personally and make you feel comfortable. Their dental care is top notch. I have never looked forward to going to the dentist, but I do now!
Today I had an appointment with the oral hygienist to get my teeth clean. She was on vacation and instead of doubling up on the other hygienist, Dr. Palmer himself cleaned my teeth! This is the way this office works. They are a real team and work so well together. The whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming and everyone seems very happy being there. Its a real family. One thing I love about Thomson and Palmer is the excellent dental care and moral support. The entire staff takes the necessary time to really work with their patients to bring about the best possible outcome. (And they also smile a lot!)
I have spent a lot of time in the dental chair in my lifetime. I have had fillings, extractions, implants, braces...you name it I've been there and done that in the world of dentistry. I consider myself to be a very discerning person when it comes to making a reasonable judgment about services performed and I can only say that this was the absolute best dental experience I have ever had.
