I love my Buick Encore! It is the perfect vehicle for me. Tony was very helpful with our purchase. Jimmy and I are slow to make large purchases and Tony understood our process. He kept in contact via email but was never pushy. We not only bought a great car but received a great and fair deal.
Was on vacation in Missouri with my husband and two kids when our 2008 Acadia stopped shifting into gear. Took it immediately to this dealership and was given excellent service! We only had 2 days until we had to head back home to Colorado. We for sure thought we would have to extend our stay, yet service provider Jason Palmer and transmission Tech Randy Wright were able to have the car fixed on on the road by 4pm the next day.
