We took our car in for an oil change. We got the oil change, along with a large scratch in the door, scrapped up aluminum wheel and a large oil hand print on our headliner. I will say, they fixed it after an argument.

Based on a recommendation, I went to Thompson's Collision Center today and met with Steve. Someone had hit my vehicle and left large skid marks on the front bumper. I went by hoping to have an estimate written for the damages. Steve asked if he could take my car and I allowed him to do so. About 10-15 minutes my car was returned to me, sans skid marks. Steve was incredibly kind and it put my anxiety to rest! As someone who works in a customer service environment, the service I received today at Thompson's was fantastic!

We purchased a new 2014 Enclave around $40,000 less than 2 years ago. Thursday our air conditioning went out I was told by the service department it would be next week before they could help with this. In 90 plus degree weather that to me is unacceptable. I when to speak with a salesperson and was told he would get something done or maybe a loaner. To make it most unacceptable I was told to come in Saturday morning and they might work me in. Had to talk to four different people just for them to tell me they couldn't plug a new air module in (2 min job) while everyone was just sitting around!!! Worst experience ever!! Air don't work and I have my son with me in 100 deg weather!!!
Had a great experience buying from Thompson! Tony was awesome! Will definitely go back when we are in the market for another car.
