Excellent service, needed windshield wiper pump replaced. Had to order the part, but still same day service, loaner was issued. As usual, the service folks were very courteous and kept us advised as to progress.

I had an issue with the check engine light in my Pontiac G6 so I called the dealership to get me in to see what the issue was. They decided they couldn't get me for over a week so I took it to another dealer. Found out that it was an air bag issue due to a very unsafe recall fix done by Thompsons. They decided to simply splice the faulty wires and tape them to the floor under the seat. I guess they were hoping no one would find out.
