The Thompson boys have always taken great care of myself and my family. Yesterday My son and I were at Thompson's to have the instrument panel checked out on my wife's 2015 ATS. Also to see if it needed new brakes, because they were squeaking. The service rep. thst we got would not let us know what was going on with the car, until repairs were already done. I do appreciate that they got right on it, and fixed the problem, however, I would have liked to have known what they were going to do beforehand.
