Minor collision took four trips and five weeks in the body shop, very little quality control
I took my '09 Yukon in about 1 1/2 years ago because of white smoke coming out of my muffler. After several visits they decided they needed to over haul the engine because it was burning oil. They said they changed out everything in the engine but the block. Less then 45k miles later my engine is still burning oil and now I need a complete engine replacement. Of course they are not going to help it. I feel that they do as little as possible to get you down the road and they do not care for you as a customer.
As a first time buyer, I was nervous when I started my adventure to find a more reliable and safe car I could count on for years and miles to come. Luckily, Thompsons was my one stop shop for everything I needed and wanted. I love my GMC Terrain I purchased 2 weeks ago and I have to give a big thanks and credit to Bobby Stevens and the sales team! I recommend everyone in the market for a new car to put this place on top of your list! I could write a book on these guys but definitely worth the 5 star rating!
