I popped in on a whim to see if anyone could look over my late grandmothers jewellery box that was left to me, I wasn’t sure if there was anything valuable or not. We were welcomed in and were showed genuine interest in helping us, so welcoming and friendly, he took the time to look through all the contents and described where each piece was from and the value, even the ones that weren’t valuable he explained what they were!
