Best Dealership & Service Department bar none!!! In 2008 I leased a 250 IS. I loved it. My next lease was 2012 Nissan Maxima. The service at Faulker Nissan sucked. In 2015 I went back to Thompson Lexus & leased a 350RC Sport & I Love It. Already know where I'll be when lease is up in 2018. Thompson ❤️❤️❤️

I have been a customer for over 10 years and will never come back. Totally disgusted with the service center. Lying to customers to gain additional revenue. My 2013 Rx350 is less than 2 years old and supposedly needed new tires or I would fail inspection. What happened to my 3 year tire warranty? I guess Thompson needs to pay for their renovations to the service center somehow.

Denise, we are sorry to hear of your displeasure with our service center. The Manufacturer Tire Warranty you are referring to warrants the tires for road hazard damage and manufacturer defects, not tread wear. Your tires were below the 2/32 of tread depth, which would not pass PA State Inspection. If you'd like, we do have your original tires and would be happy to drop them off at another authorized Pennsylvania State Inspection facility for a second opinion. Thank you.
