I dropped a customer's car off for service and didn't deal with one employee from Thompson Lexus. I found my own spot, dropped the car, locked it up, and when I went to find the dropbox there were employees standing there that totally ignored me. Maybe what they saw was just a Tow Truck driver, problem is, I make more money than most of these guys because I own the business and was actually considering buying a Lexus. But after that, I definitely won't purchase anything from Thompson Lexus.

Thompson Lexus has set the bar very high for the car buying experience. An incredible experience from start to finish, Gary Koch was exceptional. Honest, candid discussions, no sales tactics, they do all the work for you! Very happy with my new 2016 car, the finishing on the inside and drive experience is phenomenal.

An excellent dealership that really treats you like a long lost friend, not just another customer. With all of the complementary services they provide it makes your life and schedule so much easier. Ryan and Sharon are wonderful !! Ryan came in early to work with my work schedule, invited my dads dog in while we worked on the details of the sale and was very kind.
