I might have been abrupt on the phone but sending emails to when somebody's buying a car is very impractical it's always nice to pick up a phone to call the client that's intrested I came in with an offer you guys hung up on me twice yes I admit I cursed on the phone because I was very perturbed and Christmas is coming but you're also trying to sell me a car that needs $5000 worth of work and I offered you 15000 on a $13000 car trying to split the difference of that work it needed thank you happy holidays this will go to all... read more
