Terrible service department. They fail to address any warranty issues with new vehicles. Purchased 2017 RX350 F Sport. Just after I reached 3,000 miles rear rotors started to warp sharking rear of vehicle under light braking. Service personnel said brakes, and rotors are wearable item not covered by warranty. Vehicle wasn't even a month old. Twice I've made appointments and was told I didn't have one, not the type of customer service I expect from Lexus

I can honestly say that this time around my service experience has been outstanding ! I was kept in the loop every step of the way while my vehicle was in for service. The service reps and manager have gone out of their way to keep me informed about the progress of the work being completed . Any issues that arose prior to today were dealt with an a most professional manner. The past two times I’ve brought my car for service I’ve had things stolen out of my car - unacceptable! I won’t give it one star because I can’t blame the rest of the staff for what their service department is doing; however, they have lost my business going forward.
