Staff is very friendly and responsive. Dr. Thalody is very throrough and kind with his patients.
My way less than brave face heading into get old fillings replaced & chipped teeth fixed from the accident. Anyone else have unwarranted ridiculous dentist 🦷 fear !? Feel the fear & do it anyway.
What a skilled dentist. Dr. Thalody is the best dentist I have been to in my life time and I have been to a few. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!! Hi staff is excellent and all are very caring.

I highly recommend Dr. Thalody. He is very thorough in his exams and takes the time to explain procedures. His staff is top notch too. Professional yet friendly! If you are looking for a new dentist, definitely see Dr Thalody.
I find Dr Tholody and the staff very friendly and accommodating. They explain what’s going to happen before doing anything and when they make a suggestion they explain the reason for the recommendations (e.g. fluoride treatment). The office is impeccably clean and service is usually prompt. Scheduling hours are reasonably flexible. Easily and consistently the best experience I’ve ever had with a dental office.
Extremely meticulous and detailed dentist. He operates out of two offices, once along the CT shoreline, the other in Portland. I have only been to the Portland office and find it very well run. What I like most about Dr. Tom is that while he will tell me everything I need, could, or should get done, neither he nor his staff push anything on me at all. They take care of my needs, and explain what is going on, what what my options are.
Friendly and highly professional.
The office is,loud and chaotic . The front desk person does not slide the window when making patient calls. There us no emergency accommodation. There is poor time management. Im.not sure why I was given given clinical answers by a front desk person. Also wondering why the front desk person is also assisting the dentist? Overall, not pleased .
