I hate the dentist and have had multiple bad experiences. Kelly was kind, took her time, explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. A cleaning with no pain!
MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND kELLY. SHE IS THE BEST.
The only reason for a four star rating is that you won't have a nice glass of wine with us. Jan and I love all of you and, of course, Dr. Frank is terrific. My first visit was great. I can say I actually had fun. Julia greeted me and made me feel comfortable and Barbara was wonderful too. She is so nice and a great personality. Dr. Frank is such a nice person and made me feel comfortable also. I am actually looking forward to my teeth cleaning appt Feb 7. Thank you for your wonderful service.
As usual, always on time and very pofessional.
I'm terrified of going to the dentist, the whole experience was so different from past experiences. The staff put me at ease from beginning to end. I would recommend Dr Frank's office highly.
At Dr Franks you are cared for more like a close family member rather then just a pacient.
Terrific service. I felt as though I was taken care of very well.
