Kelly is very professional and offers helpful advise in the maintenance of my dental hygiene. I appreciate her efforts to keep me on track in a very professional way. I have always wanted to provide feedback on Heidi. She so personalable and friendly, and I enjoyed my visits to the dental office. Dr. Frank has so many talented professionals working in his office. A joy to visit the denist if that is possible.
Dr. Frank and all his staff offer excellent customer service. They are all so charming and kind, beginning with Stacey at the front desk. She always greets patients with a smile and our name. Heidi is a superb dental hygenist. She takes care to explain what she finds during her exam and always leave my teeth feeling super clean and white! Dr. Frank is a true expert in his field. Always attentive to detail.
As always, I received a warm welcome and left with squeaky clean teeth. Kelly was my hygenist; it was fun sharing baking tips...more like going to a firend's home than to the dentist office!
I love coming to Dr Franks office. They get me right in, the front desk people are so kind and friendly and my hygienist Kelly is wonderful! Thanks for making the dentist such a wonderful place to visit:)
I am a new patient that came to Dr. Frank for a second opinion for some dental complications I was having. After meeting the front office and the RDA, and of course Dr. Frank, I won't go anywhere else. Best dental experience that I have ever had in the 16 years living in California. Thank you!!
My Friday afternoon turned out a little, different than planned, but everything came OUT fine. Cut down on my dinner bill later in the evening. :) as well.
Very friendly staff, very clean office, very comfortable atmosphere. I am a dentist "snob" and this is by far the best I've ever been too. It almost felt like a day at the spa they are so kind and caring and work to make you comfortable!
The dental appointment was painless; the office is spotless; the staff is friendly, courteous, and totally professional. Many thanks for making us both feel welcome and doing wonderful dental work. We both highly recommend Dr. Frank and his staff.
