Dr. Frank's office has the latest equipment the best customer service anywhere including any medical office in town. There is no more pain or discomfort the work is top notch. I am not getting unneccesary work done. I finally do not mind going to the dentist I hated going until I changed to Dr.Frank the staff continue to be great I love the personal service the dental hygienists are excellent. You are all the best. Thank you
Dr. Frank & staff are very professional, extremely courteous & all extend concern for their patient's comfort. This is the ONLY dentist I've gone to that I can relax while in his office, even in the chair during procedures. All procedures have been totally pain free, and I'm a big baby! I actually nap when I'm in chair:) Trust me, Dr. Frank is the best in B-town.
The staff is friendly and very helpful. All of my appointments have been on time. Best of all, my procedures have been painless!! I feel that my dental needs are met and my best interest is a priority.
I got my appointment on short notice because I cracked a permanent bridge while biting into a sourdough roll. Dr. Frank's staff squeezed me in so he could take a look at the problem and then, depending on the seriousness, set a time for the repair. Well, it wasn't an emergency, but, even though Dr. Frank had a very full schedule, he decided to do the repair without me having to return at another time. The repair was completed quickly and I was out in no time. Great service is not just a hollow promise at Dr. Frank's office.
Most people dread getting their teeth cleaned. Kelly provided me with a wonderful service today, as she cleaned my teeth!

So impressed with the friendly, efficient and professional staff at Dr.Frank's. What a great surprise to have a molar crowned with a permanent cap all in one appointment! No messing with temporaries! Very pleased with this dental office.
I have been going to Tina for years and she is always friendly and does an excellent job. I just love her. The whole office is so nice. They are like family. I always feel so comfortable. Unlike all my past dentists. where you dread going to them.
