Everyone is friendly and professional. The receptionist greets me by name when I enter the office and I rarely wait in the waiting room. The Hygenist, Kelly, collects me before I have time to open a magazine. Dr Frank is a wonderful and skilled dentist who has never let my family down.
It is always a pleasure seeing all of you. The professionalism in your office surrounds me while there, especially, your smiles, attitudes and my cleaning and my checkup. I felt like I was important! And, thanks loads for the wine. Don put it right into his wine refrigerator to be cooled for tomorrow evening.
