Heidi was very professional and cordial during my visit. She explained current dental health very well and then relayed information to Dr. Frank who also accepted her information while reviewing the x-rays and concluded that additional work needed to be done for good dental health. The receptionist was very attentive and friendly. I needed to change the next appointment so I called shortly after arriving at work to make the necessary changes and was accommodated in a timely manner. Hey guys do you really think anyone in their right mend would make negative comments about someone who in the future will put a drill in their mouth. A negative comment might get the Dewalt Hammer Drill instead of the finesse one. All in all visits to your office are always entertaining and fun.
