I truly appreciated Dr. Frank's willingness to explain exactly what he was going to do and offering me a choice of crown material. In the end, I said, "You're the boss!". Pamela is so personable and I felt very relaxed. Due to my own thoughtlessness, the temporary came out when I flossed my teeth. I called the office and Julia got me in immediately. Thank you so much. Barbara replaced the temporary and I was good to go.
Waited too long for my cleaning this time. My fault.
The staff at Dr. Franks' office is the most professional and personable of any medical staffs that I have ever been exposed to, and I have been around a number of them! Keep up this top notch approach to patient care and I will continue to recommend you to all my friends and family!!

I have never been to a more gentle and caring dentist in my life. He makes you feel at ease right away and explains everything as he does it, all the while making sure you are doing OK and comfortable. His shots are magic, you feel nothing. His staff is very kind and caring. If I could give more stars I would!
