Kylee is the best hygienist on the planet! She is patient, gentle, thorough and takes the time to explain each procedure. Dr. Frank was attentive and detected the issue I was having, providing an easy fix.
I have never written a online review. I actually never look at online reviews, I'm jaded, I think they are highly suspect. I usually think that friends and family over stuff the surveys and reviews to skew the ratings. I have been searching for an excellent dentist for some time and based on my first contact with this office, the RDA staff and Dr. Frank, it looks like I have finally found the dentist who can handle just about anything and seems to have some common sense to his practice as well as the most modern technology. I half an hour Dr. Frank had figured out what 3 other dentists could not see. Stay tuned.
I awoke in the morning with a tooth ache but felt it might go away on it's own. At late morning it was still there. So I called to make an appointment hoping for the next day. The lady checked my chart, found the tooth and asked if I could come an hour later for and x-ray and consultation. I went in met with Dr. Frank was given the best option of treatment, was given an appointment was on my way solving the problem.

On December 26th I was scheduled to have my teeth cleaned. When I got there I was introduced to Desirae whom I hadn't had the pleasure of meeting before. Desirae was very nice and very professional as she went about cleaning my teeth. She would explain in detail each procedure she was doing. All the while I could barely feel any discomfort at all. I saw Brandy and she does a great job! She is gentle and very thorough, I never had any discomfort. She is very nice to talk to and really cares about her patients. Dr. Frank checked my teeth as well, he is very professional and I consider him the best in town. Dr. Frank has been my dentist for over 30 years.
