They never disappoint. The service and attention to detail is amazing. You will never find a better dentist, especially one that treats you like family from the moment you walk in the door!! You time is important to them. And appointments are always on time added bonus.
My hygienist was pleasant, helpful, thorough, and gentle. Everyone in the office is always friendly. I appreciate all of the staff in Dr. Frank's office for helping to keep my teeth in good condition.
I recently visited Dr.Thomas Frank's office for a scheduled cleaning by hygienist Britney. A few days prior to my appointment a cap came off on one of my teeth and after the cleaning Dr. Frank and his assistant Jill re- attached the cap at no charge. As usual Dr. Frank's entire staff displayed its usual professional persona.

From the welcome upon arriving to the checkout, all of Dr. Frank's staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. My hygienist, Macey, and Dr. Frank are thorough and caring. Kudos to all!
Both Ken and I were very pleased with our dental visit on March 16, 2016. Both Macey and Dr. Frank are very helpful and considerate. We have been patients for 15 years and have always been very pleased with our visits.

I am always impressed with the customer service I receive at the office of Dr. Frank. I feel like I am part of the family and the only person in the office at the time of my appointment. I never have to worry about my appointment being behind schedule and that I will be late to my next appointment because of it. That is a huge relief.
