Our family is new to Bakersfield. I lost a crown this morning and within an hour of calling Dr. Frank's office, I was in the chair getting it reset. Without being a regular patient, his professional staff worked me in. Dr. Frank's demeanor was warm and friendly and he took plenty of time to make sure it was just right. I immediately transferred our records from our previous dentist. We are now happy Dr. Thomas Frank patients!
If you're looking for a place that really cares about you and your oral health this is the place. I've been a patient for a number of years and both Dr Frank and the staff always have the health my teeth as number one importance. Does not matter whether it's the lady at the front desk, the assistant, the hygienist, or the doctor, they all make you feel at home while giving you very professional service.
Dr Frank's office provides excellent customer service. All staff Ive met so far are so nice and professional. Dr Frank is awsome; very warm, caring and gental. By far the best dental office experience ever! I recommend this office to anyone looking for a superior dentist with awesome staff!! The office is warm and inviting, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel confortable.
I love this office!!! Instead of dreading the dentist I actually look forward to my visits! My hygienist Macey,Dr.Frank and the front office are super friendly and I have never had a visit where they were behind or diorganized.All dental work I have had done has been top quality as well. I highly recommend Dr.Franks office!
