Everything went exactly as expected. On time start, easy process that was well done and painless, and we finished a little before expected time... I think its because I AM the best client EVER!
I get a thorough cleaning at Dr. Frank’s office. Very important for older folks to prevent gum disease! Dental hygienists have delightful personalities. They have access to the latest dental equipment.
Hygienist was excellent. Always addressed patient's (How are we doing) care! Thoroughly explained what was going to be done and did it with courteousness. Was very pleased with visit and looking forward to six month follow-up!
I continue to be impressed by Dr Thomas Frank, his staff and the services he/they provide. In an era where customer service is more of a myth than a fact, spending an hour in their company makes me feel very special. Best dentist in Bakersfield.
I never have to wait very long at all for my appointment. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, thorough, and good at what they do.

I always have the best care from Dr. Frank and his whole staff. I am a patient thats older than his office. He always has the most high tech new equipment that it makes having your teeth cleaned simple.
Went in for a cleaning. Everyone in the office is great. The hygienist was excellent. Dr. Frank came in briefly to take a look at my teeth and give me a frank but good natured assessment. I've only been a patient here for about a year, but i've had a positive experience every visit.
