AWFUL I really wish I did not even have to give 1 star to this place. We were sought out by them when we were having our windows replaced. We got a quote from them and after a few other quotes decided to have them do it. We put a clause in the contract that said that we would only continue with the project after we 100% agreed on the financing they got for us. Well it turns out the only financing was going to be a 20 year loan (a mortage) that would end up making 20,000 dollar windows cost over 60,000 dollars. Of course, we ... read more

Love our new Siding I am very happy with my new siding. Family and friends that have seen the siding have commented on how nice it looks. It really makes the deck more enjoyable to use. Above and beyond We had five new windows installed in our 1847 farmhouse. It is amazing how much less drafty our home has become. The Thomas Construction team delivered everything they promised and more! Especially our salesman, Jeff Harmeling. He called to check on our progress and our satisfaction. It is not very often in today??s market place that you find a company going ??above and beyond? to not only satisfy but impress their customers. Thomas Construction certainly did impress us.
Horrible Service had a glass sunroom addition added to my home thomas construction and its contractors made a mistake and tried to cover it up but it came out 5years later and this company tried to say they didnt do it had several oponions come out and was told that it was a thomas construction mistake.dont have enough room to go into detail just know that this company does not stand behind its name and I spent over 55,000 on this addition.
