You wont find a better company We recently had all of our windows replace by Thomas Construction. Just like some earlier reviews we did feel pressured and somewhat uncomfortable by the sales pitch. Very aggressive approach. The huge price and then the subsequent phone calls to lower the price. We did finally settle on a payment plan that seemed reasonable. Thomas left me "whelmed" We bought a house, rehabbed it ourselves, but needed new windows--in my opinion, not a do-it-yourself job. So I started the research, called a few companies and scheduled some appointments. I had never heard of Thomas, but a mail coupon promised a $50 check just to have them in for a 1-hour appointment and give you an estimate. So I scheduled one for the next day. Great Work Thomas Construction is very good in their work. We have had our roof done and they did a great job and it really made my house look so much better that I also had a new entry door done. The salesman was very polite and they were always on time and very professional. They did a good job and were very neat and cleaned up everything. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Sales Approach Needs Flexibility I believe this review will echo sentiments already shared. I had a door-to-door young sales rep come knocking on a night when it was pretty cold outside. I wasn't in the immediate need for a product, but had long considered a side door upgrade. As a courtesy to his hard work, I agreed to a sales visit. Like others, I thought the commitment of an hour of time was excessive; along with the requirement of my spouse being present; but I agreed to a 7:30 appointment on a week night.

Donna Rogers Thomas construction was a pleasure to work with and the installers of my windows were delightful......two brothers. The salesmen were great as well.

Positive Experience My dealings with Thomas Construction were very positive. The salesperson was friendly and professional. The employee who installed the windows was both polite and courteous. I would recommend Thomas Construction if presented with the opportunity.

Thomas to the Rescue If Oprah had a contest in 2010 for the World??s Ugliest Shower, my downstairs shower would have won ??hands down.? No one and I mean no one, wanted to shower in it. Very pleased We are pleased with the soffit and facia project that Thomas did for us. It has really improved the appearance of our house and reduced the maintenance. We would recommend Thomas to anyone who is planning a home improvement project.
