Great Work My wife Gina and I have continued to call Thomas for major home renovations for our last two homes. At our first house we had two major projects done by Thomas and we were very much impressed by their guarantees, low pressure salesmanship, quality product, and workmanship. Good Quality We have been very impressed with the quality of the windows and have already noticed a big difference with our energy bills. Installation for 19 windows and a patio door only took one day! There was very little disruption to our household and the workmen were very professional. We were not happy with one window and Thomas came back out quickly and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. Oveall, we're very pleased and would recommend Thomas to others.
Positive Experience My dealings with Thomas Construction were very positive. The salesperson was friendly and professional. The employee who installed the windows was both polite and courteous. I would recommend Thomas Construction if presented with the opportunity.

Aggressive sales tactics, overpriced. I requested an estimate for replacement windows (which took every other company all of 15 minutes) but received a 2 1/2-hour, aggressive sales pitch instead. When I scheduled the appointment, they informed me it may take an hour. That seemed odd, but I agreed. After 2 1/2 hours of sales gimmicks, I was ready to swallow a bottle of pills just to make it end. Terrific The materials and products used were high quality. Our representative explained the whole process and we were excited about the completed job.
Thomas left me "whelmed" We bought a house, rehabbed it ourselves, but needed new windows--in my opinion, not a do-it-yourself job. So I started the research, called a few companies and scheduled some appointments. I had never heard of Thomas, but a mail coupon promised a $50 check just to have them in for a 1-hour appointment and give you an estimate. So I scheduled one for the next day. sales pitch is too long We asked for a quote on a very small amount of fence, only after first researching the average cost of vinyl fence. The saleman from Thomas was very friendly but we had to keep from laughing out loud when we were quoted DOUBLE what we were expecting to hear. We politely told him we were not interested, but he continued to stay for almost 2 hours (we had a newborn, and I seriously had to excuse myself to breastfeed).
