My Review This company put in replacement windows and a front door at our home. All employees, including the salesman, were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Thomas Construction to any who needed a construction job done. If we need more work to be done on our home, we will call Thomas first because we were so impressed with their quality work and promptness. Thanks guys!
Their Windows Make a Difference We noticed the difference right away by touching the inside surface of the glass. When it was cold outside, the glass was warm on the inside and when it's hot outside, the inside of the glass is cool, so not outside air will enter the home through our new Thomas windows. We feel we made a sound investment installing all of our windows with the Thomas brand.

Salesman took up 2+ hours pitching the windows and aggressively tried to get us to replace one single window now, so we could lock in the price for all for two years. I had to say no a half dozen times to get them out of my home. The salesman was all packed up and headed out, but then he calls his office and got the okay to drop the price further. Above and beyond We had five new windows installed in our 1847 farmhouse. It is amazing how much less drafty our home has become. The Thomas Construction team delivered everything they promised and more! Especially our salesman, Jeff Harmeling. He called to check on our progress and our satisfaction. It is not very often in todayâs market place that you find a company going âabove and beyondâ to not only satisfy but impress their customers. Thomas Construction certainly did impress us.
Great Work I recently had a patio door, two entry doors and 2 pair of shutters installed. Once the doors came in, the employees of Thomas Construction were timely and knowledgeable about installing them. If there are any problems, they send someone out to fix them. Over the years, Thomas Construction has remodeled our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We have been very satified with their work!

sales pitch is too long We asked for a quote on a very small amount of fence, only after first researching the average cost of vinyl fence. The saleman from Thomas was very friendly but we had to keep from laughing out loud when we were quoted DOUBLE what we were expecting to hear. We politely told him we were not interested, but he continued to stay for almost 2 hours (we had a newborn, and I seriously had to excuse myself to breastfeed). Professional Salesman I had an opening cut into my kitchen and had installed a triple panes glass, six foot sliding door. Throughout the whole process Thomas Construction was professional and provided excellent services. The sales person was very helpful and educated. He made me feel comfortable with the decision I was making. The door was installed on time and the installers did an excellent job.
