Horrible Sales & Prices I had these guys out for a free "no obligation" quote on my roof. After trying to suck up for about 20 minutes the salesman said he was going to grab the samples and some measurements and come inside and he'd be gone in an hour. He began with the bragging of the company and how they do 20 million in sales (figured out how later) and blah blah blah. Finally went into the product and how it was so great. Disappointed in Service I had them come and install gutters and a bathtub liner in my home. When I returned from Afghanistan six months later I discovered the downspouts were never anchored to my home and the tub liner was not properly adhered to the wall. They made a few attempts to get the tub right before I got back but never could. My drain now leaks in the basement and they refuse to repair it. Aggressive sales tactics, overpriced. I requested an estimate for replacement windows (which took every other company all of 15 minutes) but received a 2 1/2-hour, aggressive sales pitch instead. When I scheduled the appointment, they informed me it may take an hour. That seemed odd, but I agreed. After 2 1/2 hours of sales gimmicks, I was ready to swallow a bottle of pills just to make it end. Reliable Company I have had numerous projects done by Thomas Construction Co. and there are several reasons for this. When I do a new project, I need expert advice from a reliable source. I need to kno whow and when it will be completed and if I have to have any modifications to actually improve the project. I feel that the team at Thomas Construction can and will do this.
Windows We recently had our windows replaced with Thomas Construction and were very impressed with their craftmanship. My husband is a do-it-yourselfer and pays very close attention to detail and commented on yow particular the company was installing our iwndows, taking no shortcuts.
Quiet Home after Thomas Windows My husvand and I felt as if we had moved into a new house after our new windows were installed. Our air quality improved, there was no glare with the sun shone into our famly room, and the whole house was just so quiet! Road noise, barking dogs, and other neighborhood sounds are now barely audible. Our 10-year-old daughter, who is normally up every morning by 7 AM, slept until 9:30 the morning after the installation. I can't wait to see our utility bills!
My Review This company put in replacement windows and a front door at our home. All employees, including the salesman, were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Thomas Construction to any who needed a construction job done. If we need more work to be done on our home, we will call Thomas first because we were so impressed with their quality work and promptness. Thanks guys!
