Very happy with Thomas and his work! This is the second time I called him as I had a leak in one of the gutters which was fixed and a couple of tiles were replaced. Highly recommend!
Fantastic work, keep you in the loop with work progress with photos and explain everything to you in detail. I highly recommend them.
We had Thomas come and do some moss cleaning and general maintenance , also needed gables re-pointing . We were kept up to date and well informed throughout with photos and videos . They found a patch that had storm damage and repaired quickly as well . Appreciated the great communication ,transparency of costs and Thomas and Jack tidied up at end of each day as well . Highly recommend Thomas ,in fact have booked them in for next stage of roof maintenance and repair . Thanks to you both Thomas and Jack !
Great experience and very highly recommended! Had a water ingress issue with my roof with one rafter near the chimney looking wet and evidence of drips elsewhere. Two other roofers advised for complete felt replacement costing many thousands. Thomas and colleague didn't think this was necessary and suggested some work be done on the chimney and flashing plus installation of tile vents to reduce what was probably condensation. Two words to describe these guys: transparent and affordable! Thomas sent us photos and videos throughout the process - so we could see what the state of the roof was before, what he was doing and what the finished product was. We had a lot of trust in these guys and we'll be using them again in due's course!
