Joe is just wonderful from start to finish! My hair looks even better than I could've imagined :) Everyone was so lovely & welcoming ❤
Sister went to this hairdresser to get hair colours and highlighted. As never done this before. No patch was test done as she has never bleached her hair before no testing was done at all. Hair was over processed with the bleach and now badly damaged. Blamed my sister as said it was due to the box colours she has used over the years. Think a professional hairdresser would know to patch test first. Stylist knew she screwed up but still not willing to help to try and repair the damage. No refund given no help given.
