Really excellent facilities with top-quality equipment and a great overall atmosphere. The gym is always clean, well maintained, and never feels overcrowded. A special mention to Nabil, who is fantastic..friendly, professional, and always helpful

Absolutely love this club. The combo hot classes (especially hatha!) + spa with a city-view is a real treat. And I've now heard a cold plunge has been installed? Can't wait to check it out! Thank you to Summer and the team there, always so welcoming and helpful!
I joined Canary Wharf Third Space and it was then that I learned the Wood Wharf gym was included as part of the membership. I love both locations, but I really love the Wood Wharf one, mainly because of its smaller, more homely atmosphere. You get to know the staff more closely, start recognising familiar faces, and it truly feels like a community. I especially love the morning hot yoga classes (and would love even more of them!).
