Amazing gym in a new part of Canary Wharf. Still close to the underground station so easily accessible. Feels calm and relaxed, and never crowded, so you rarely have to wait for a machine. An excellent range of equipment and areas to train. Pool and other amenities are amazing. Staff there are very friendly and housekeeping team do an great job to keep everywhere clean and tidy.
Lots of options, lots of space, lots of machines, good clientele, good atmosphere.
The best gym in London by far when it comes to comfort, equipment quality and variety, recovery and general feeling of “I never want to leave this place”.
I've been with Third space for more than a month now. Happy with overall well being and they improving reformer booking/availabilities but wanted to focus on more muscle building. Worked out with Amy Stevenson for a month and she helped me dropping 3% of body fat despite not changing anything major with my diet. She pushed me trying some intimidating (to my eyes) equipment and helped me lifting some weights I didn't think it was possible for me.
