I have been a member of Thirdspace since it opened and absolutely would recommend. It is a high quality space with great facilities and a huge variety of classes. The instructors and staff are all very professional and friendly. It caters for all ages and I don’t feel out of place being on the more mature side! It gets a bit busy at weekends and I avoid the spa then. But I’m there mostly during the week in the daytime when it is much calmer.

If you’re looking for an exclusive, luxury gym experience – this is not it. I was genuinely excited to join Third Space, but ended up cancelling after just a month. It’s completely oversubscribed and unpleasantly busy. Some context: • There are just 10 treadmills for the 3,800 members, with queues at peak times • Expect lines for showers and even to fill your water bottle - the former being a nightmare when training before work • The women’s changing rooms feel like a war zone - daily battles for lockers and vanity space • T... read more

Been a member of third space for 4 months now and can't recommend it enough. From the moment you walk in you are greeted. Constantin has been particularly outstanding, from giving my tour around the gym to always going over the top to ensure the best experience. The gym offers everything I need for training for Hyrox, can always get on the equipment needed. Only suggestion I would add is to have a couple of running machines downstairs at the yard and it's the perfect gym! The spa facilities are lovely to wind down after in

Have to say if you’re going to have a PT invest your money with Laura!!! She’s so motivating, encouraging and guides you every step of the way. Her ability to accommodate has led me to be complete more sessions at a very challenging time in my personal & work life and made me more confidant to now try to use the foundations we have built to do my own training. However I want to do her proud and maybe in the future will be back for refinement! Thankyou so much Laura. I will miss you!!!
