Third Space is the best gym I’ve used! I’ve tried several gyms in Wimbledon and none of them match the experience that Third Space creates. Everything is beautifully clean and the facilities are excellent. The pool and spa are definitely highlights and what really set them apart from other gyms. I also love not having to bring a towel or any toiletries with me, as they’re all provided. The classes offered are great, my favourites being Tower Pilates with Alyshia and Just Ride with Benjamin. The staff are friendly and very welcoming, happy to help out with anything. The pool and spa area is excellent, highly recommend the contrast therapy from Lee, a great experience. The gym floors are well stocked and plenty of space to workout as well as good recovery areas. Both yoga studios are beautifully designed and very relaxing. The changing rooms are large and luxurious.

A very well run gym that is easy to enjoy. It is consistently clean and well maintained. The equipment is varied and good, which makes training straightforward and stress free. The classes are excellent. They are well structured, properly coached, and actually feel worth going to. The spa and recovery facilities are a real bonus with cold plunge, sauna and spa pool. The team are friendly, professional, and make the place feel welcoming without being over the top.
