Truly misleading policies coming from this institution, they advertised guest passes along with the premium membership, but once you’ve signed they completely failed to deliver, and cite that their management team had a change of heart, and tell you there is nothing they can do. Customer support will take an average of 72hrs to get back to you for the simplest question. Be very careful with the cancellation policy at Third Space Moorgate. When I signed up, the sales consultant assured me I could cancel at any time. However, in reality, I ended up paying two months’ membership and £100 club credit — none of which was refunded when I cancelled. I never even set foot in the gym during my membership period — not even once — yet I was still charged the full amount as well as the club credit.
