Always a great vibe at this club, trainers are really helpful and the gym floor is kept ion good order! Changing rooms have lots of space and are clean and tidy - pool and sauna are huge!

REVIEW - 1 star Islington. I’ve had so many issues I’m not sure this word count is long enough. To summarise, the customer service is terrible. The staff are incompetent and poorly informed and any issue you have will not get resolved. Multiple issues stemmed primarily from lack of contact. Emails are not returned. Phone calls are not answered and when I have left a voicemail it has not been returned. The staff are unable to answer questions about the contract and there is no transparency regarding invoicing. Highly recommend working with Chloe for personal training. Every session is thoughtfully tailored, not just focusing on physical goals but also supporting mental and emotional wellbeing. She brings a super positive and motivating vibe.

I just re-joined Third Space after leaving during COVID. I am so happy to be back! The gym is impeccably clean, very well run and offers a wide variety of classes. I love the trainers and the staff are so kind and accommodating - the app is super easy to use for booking classes and PT and I've recently rented a personal executive locker with a wash and dry service which is next level and a game changer for me.
