As a member of Third Space CJ, I worked with PT Polly Smith who was excellent and helped me train smarter and better. Loved it. Definitely recommend!
Joined as founding member, was told I was locked in on the price I joined at. The person who referred me is locked in. Then in January I was charged £34 more without any warning of a price increase, when I asked why I was told “the price increase is for all members, no one is locked in on the old price” which is a lie. Michael and Sashkia were super kind and helpful with helping me unfreeze my membership early and make it into a class on time! Best customer service and best gym
First time coming to Third Space, Clapham junction. Did a Pilates class with Athina (great instructor btw!). Michael & Jamal at front of house have the upmost amazing customer service, they were so kind, helpful and welcoming! I can’t wait to come back again, it’s a beautiful club.
The club is amazing & the instructors for the classes are very welcoming! Michael & Jamal at the front desk are spectacular & have the best customer service i have ever had from a health club
