I joined Stuart, Emma and Pete in May and it has been an amazing experience, really enjoy going to the sessions, so much support and encouragement and I can see the results! Highly recommended 🥰

Emma is a fantastic trainer, she is so enthusiastic and really motivated me. I made really fast progress and was hitting PB's that I never could've dreamt of. Emma's positivity and grounded approach regarding body positivity always made me feel amazing, and I always looked forward to training with her. I can't recommend her highly enough!
Just completed the 6 week challenge and I honestly wish I’d done it sooner! I will be continuing as a regular member, the support from all the team and other members has been amazing! Thank you Team 3D
