Trainers look at personal needs and one has to work if you wish to improve! Very helpful, one can ask what exercise would focus helping if area of body struggling. Still do balance exercises at least once a month !!
I started going to the Therapy gym in May 2023, I have a disabilty where my peripheral limbs nerves are damaged and cause muscle wastage. This is a progressive condition with no cure called Charcott-Marie-Tooth. I was lost as walkkng was hard even with crutches and due to years of inactiviry I had gained weight and through a lot of falls lost my confidence to get about.
