Awful customer service. I got a broken Mary-Lou Manizer and was promised to get a new one. I've been writing to support since September 2018 and was promised 2 times that I would receive a new highlighter. Still no order. It's already February. I reminded about myself a few times but no one answered to my two last emails. Never again I will shop at theBalm.com
