I ordered Balm Shelter online, but it was a shade too light. And now I have to pay for the return shipping to a point where it's not even worth standing in the USPS line for the $5 or so I'm going to get back. They don't even accept returns/ exchanges if I bring my products to the brick & mortar store. So I guess I just didn't have a very good overall experience with this online brand. RecommendedMeet Matre Hughes is the best, creamiest, smoothest, and most richly pigmented liquid lipstick I have tried. The cute, campy packaging caught my eye, and the punny product names caught my attention. I paid around $17 for the one, which is a stretch for me budget-wise, but not only do I have zero buyers' remorse, I plan on buying more from this company. the lipstick goes on slick as a whistle. it looks sharp and bright on and stays put.
