Customer service is not very good... I called two days in a row and left a voice mail like it said and never got a call back. I sent emails along with those calls trying to cancel an order and never got an email back until AFTER my order already shipped? Convenient how that worked out. When I was checking out, the payment information did not go through because my card zip code matched with the billing address which is absurd and does not make sense.
