This is my favorite makeup brand. Cruelty-free, paraben-free, and (mostly) talc-free! I wish their concealers were talc-free, though. All their dry eyeshadows are smooth and have great color payoff. Their famous Mary Lou Manizer is gorgeous, and they have other highlighters for darker skin. They have a wide range of cream foundations for the palest of pale to the darkest of dark skin. My favorite blushes are Balm Springs and Hot Mama. Oh, and the packaging is ADORABLE!

I placed an order on 12/4 and haven't received any updates on where the order is or when it will be delivered. I was so excited to get my PR kit but this radio silence has made me NEVER want to order directly from thebalm again. Beware if you order through their site, their customer service is nonexistent and it'll take half a month to get your order...if ever.
Placed an order on December 4th says unfulfilled. It's now the 17th I've contacted them three times to find out what's going on with no response. Do not order from this company, they are horrible.

the products are amazing but CS is just non-existence, I have been trying to contact them to ask if a product is flammable or not but they didn’t answer for days now
