I love theBalm but your customer service is horrible. Nobody ever replies to any emails. It makes me wonder if there's anyone working at all. Plus my order from your recent sale has not even been shipped out eventhough clearly it's been more than 10 bloody business days!

I have been using the Balm cosmetics for 4 months and absolutely love them! As a freelance make up artist I love that the colors don't bleed or flake and the pigments are bold so a little is all you need! The makeup stays on well and the primers are amazing! I will reccomend these products over and over!
