I ordered from the balm stil bot receive my parcel ..almost 2 month over...I already paid....I will never buy anything from this side they are froud.
Bad services, i was ordered for a week but i didn’t receive my products and your email about my delivery.
I ordered over two weeks ago and still have not received my product. I emailed them and was told “looks like it’s been shipped.” I’ve emailed two more times with no response. Will not be ordering again.
I never recieved my product, and they need to have a live chat line like everyone else!! I have tried to contact customer service and its almost impossible. I will not order again, I just spent money on absolutely nothing!
