Terrible rude staff. Been turnt away twice on 2 different weekends because full capacity when you can see it is not full. I have a 4 year old autistic daughter who does not understand when somewhere is full and we get then turnt away. Biggest meltdown caused when one little girl who plays by herself wasn’t allowed in. Completely shocked and disgusted. Asked to speak to manager who was not compassionate at all. And did not give a care at all. Horrible place.

Stinks of urine, only have coffee with cows milk, I was allowed into the soft play with my 3 Yr old but my 11 Yr old wasn't allowed in. Chairs are filthy as are the balls in the ball pit. Will never go here again.

Absolutely amazing! I would 10000% recommend you take your kids here to play! It's such a lovely environment!

Lovely to find somewhere for our 3 year old. Previously (with older children) went to The Spotted Giraffe in Linton, but since that closed down we've struggled. This is smaller, but ideal for a toddler. Just be careful on the softplay steps as they're built for kids to go up, and there's not much turning space! Our child loved it, so we shall return.
