Shocking service. Initially told my wife's wedding ring would take 4 weeks for a repair. 6 weeks later we pick the ring up with the work still not carried out and we will use a professional business for the repair. We appreciate business are busy but when we ask for an update after 4 weeks and told the work is scheduled to be carried out the following week. Really honest people
Absolutely fantastic service. Popped into the shop today with my mums broken strap on a Rolex watch. They were very busy but still made time to do an easy repair whilst I waited without charge! I can’t thank Richard and his team enough. The best jewellery repairs anywhere in Yorkshire. I have used them before and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I cannot recommend them for brilliant workmanship, excellent service and value for money.
Just popped in on the off chance as I needed my bridal set resized and just a general clean up the price I was quoted was great and work was completed quite quickly. Iv never seen my rings sparkling as much as they do now he totally re coated them and got them looking better than they did when we bought them 11yrs ago
Was in need of an engagement ring resizing, multiple other jewellers didn’t want to take on the task or quoted 6-8 weeks. Working jewellers were happy to carry out the work at affordable price and quick turn around. Honest and excellent craftsmanship, highly recommend.
