A lovely community, haven’t experienced a gym atmosphere like it
Just joined. A nice cosy gym. Staff friendly. Advise you when you need help or ask. Other than that let you get on with your training. There is a sauna on site. Membership fees reasonable. I was lucky as I fall in the gap category so not expensive if I use most days. Less that a cup of coffee and keeps me occupied and fit.
Whilst staying in Malton, my 14 year old son found this gym. We called in to find out if he was able to use the facilities. The guy at the desk was very helpful, and my son was able to attend a couple of organised sessions during our stay. My son was very pleased and said everyone there was very nice. It was very reasonably priced too.
