The women’s gym at whitefield is a safe space which has a warm and welcoming community suitable for both gym newcomers and experienced gym goers. When I started in January I was not confident at all in the gym and needed lots of help!! Mary has helped me to build my confidence in the gym, showing me various work out plans and new exercises which are tailored around my existing back problem. Nice gym, but only 4 stars bc we didn't get showers in Whitefield and Wilmslow did but same money
